One of my kitchen planters and a delicious vegan dish with collards from my indoor garden, baby peppers, millet, and Tofurky Italian sausage. Rosemary olive bread with my homegrown basil, raw
pumpkin seed pesto made this one of my favorite meals. I had 2 under cabinet grow lights installed for this 30" planter and also for the 48" one at the other end of my counter. The plants were a bit leggy under just one light each.
